After several teasers from LeBron James himself in the last few weeks, Nike has finally unveiled his LeBron 23 signature shoe.

The King’s Nike LeBron 23 will make its debut in the gold “Uncharted” colorway on Sept. 25 in China, coinciding with his “Forever King” tour, before its global launch on Oct. 3. Nike says that the “Uncharted” makeup celebrates James becoming the first NBA player to score over 40,000 points.

The LeBron 23 features a low-cut engineered upper and has limited branding aside from the mini Swoosh logo towards the forefoot. The midsole has a full-length ZoomX drop-in unit for the first time in a LeBron signature shoe, and is combined with a carbon fiber shank plate underneath.

“The LeBron 23 reflects the deep partnership I have with Nike, pushing the limits of design and innovation to create a new signature shoe that powers my game and tells the story of my career,” James said in a statement. “Over two decades later, we’re still going strong, inspiring the next generation with a shoe that’s made for greatness.”

In addition to the “Uncharted” colorway, the LeBron 23 will launch in the “Miami Twice” and the mismatched “The Chosen One and the One Who Chose” styles, shown below, in the coming months. There’s also a special “Forever King” apparel collection on the way, commemorating James’ basketball journey from his time with the St. Vincent–St. Mary High School, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat, and the Los Angeles Lakers.
