Reebok has announced the signing of Arkansas Razorbacks star freshman guard Darius Acuff Jr. today, which includes him getting his own signature sneaker.

The Boston-based sportswear brand confirmed that the model will be called the Acuff 1, but didn’t actually share any images of the sneaker. With this announcement, Acuff Jr. has become the first college athlete to have a signature shoe announced while currently still in college, and is the first male basketball player to get a Reebok signature shoe since John Wall in the early 2010s.

Acuff Jr. has already built a stacked basketball résumé in his short time at Arkansas, with some of his most notable college accolades including SEC Player of the Year, SEC Tournament MVP, a First-Team All-American, and the all-time single-season scoring leader at the school. Acuff Jr. is currently projected to be a top-10 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
