The beloved Air Jordan 4 “Toro” is finally set to return next Spring, this time built in the updated AJ4 shape.
“Toro Bravo” 4s first released in 2013 as a sequel of sorts to the Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” pack, obviously paying homage to MJ’s playing days with the Chicago Bulls. Originally, the pair came dressed in a premium nubuck upper with a Jumpman on the heel. The early leak you see here courtesy of @xcsnkr has no indication that either of those key elements are changing. One major note is regarding the change in shape. Recent AJ4 releases (since the SB collab), have been built on a new last that’s more designed for comfort. Before the release of the “Brick by Brick” Jordan 4, Nigel Sylvester told us that the new shape isn’t exactly the same as the SBs, but it is very similar.
Currently, no exact release has been confirmed, but there are rumors of a May, 2026 drop.
UPDATE (01/15): New images of this year’s “Toro Bravo” Air Jordan 4 retro have emerged. At the time of writing, the sneaker is expected to drop on May 2, but official details have yet to be confirmed by the brand.
