Zagg, formerly Mophie, makes power banks that come in all different sizes. My favorite of its products is this: the Powerstation Pro AC. It’s hefty, sure, but it packs one hell of a punch … and holds one hell of a charge. If you’re looking for the most powerful bank you can take on a plane, this is for you. Seriously. Technically, anything over 27,000mAh is a flight risk, so this is operating at the legal limit.

In addition to the usual USB ports that support phones, laptops, and everything in between, this power station has an AC plug. That’s an American plug, type B, and any gadget you’d plug into the wall is compatible—think a proprietary gaming laptop charger or a record player. I wouldn’t try plugging a Dyson into it and seeing what happens. Know your limits, people.

This is truly a heavy-duty battery. That means it takes a long time to fill up on charge, but once it does it can power multiple large devices from empty to full in short time. It also supports pass-through charging, allowing you to plug the bank into a power supply while still charging your other devices.
