The 2025 Oscars are finally here and all eyes are on the red carpet.
Before the celebration of excellence in film begins at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, the biggest stars will bring their show-stopping looks to the carpet.
This year’s lineup of Academy Awards presenters includes appearances from Joe Alwyn, Sterling K. Brown, Willem Dafoe, Ana de Armas, Lily-Rose Depp, Selena Gomez, Goldie Hawn, Ben Stiller, and Oprah Winfrey.
An equally star-studded performance lineup will see Doja Cat, Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Lisa of Blackpink, Queen Latifah, and Raye hit the stage.
On the awards side, Emilia Pérez leads this year’s nominees with 13 nods, followed closely by The Brutalist and Wicked with 10 nominations each, all of which are vying for Best Picture. Conclave and The Substance with Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley also received a lot of Oscars buzz this awards season.
This year’s Academy Awards are hosted by Conan O’Brien and will air live on ABC and stream on Hulu at 7 p.m. ET.

Serena Gomez and Benny Blanco
Selena Gomez, who was accompanied by fiancé Benny Blanco wore a custom evening gown by Ralph Lauren, which had Rosemont crystals and “more than 16,000 drops of glass” embellishments hand-sewn onto the dress, per People. The film Emilia Pérez, in which she starred, received a nod for Best Picture among 13 nominations.
Timothée Chalamet
Timothée Chalamet, who attended the ceremony with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, wore a custom Givenchy look designed by Sarah Burton. He’s been nominated in the Best Actor category for A Complete Unknown.
Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande donned a blush pink Schiaparelli Spring/Summer 2025 Haute Couture strapless gown that featured a nude-colored skirt covered in over 190,000 sequins and rhinestones, per People. The singer and actress has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Glinda in Wicked, which is also up for Best Picture.
Doja Cat
Doja Cat wore a custom-made handmade Balmain strapless gown that featured leopard embroidery, inspired by a Pierre Balmain Haute Couture 1953 dress.
H.E.R.
H.E.R. walked down the red carpet in a custom gold Ralph Lauren gown.
Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Downey Jr.
Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Downey Jr. ran into each other on the red carpet dressed to the nines in all black. Jackson wore a Giorgio Armani tuxedo trimmed with Swarovski crystals and a black silk shirt.
Zoe Saldaña
Zoe Saldaña wore a custom maroon Saint Lauren silk dress with a crystal-embellished bodice and sheer opera gloves, per Harper’s Bazaar. The 46-year-old is up for Best Actress for Emilia Pérez.
Lily-Rose Depp
Lily-Rose Depp donned a semi-sheer lace dress with a peplum detail for the red carpet, per Vogue. Nosferatu, in which she starred, has been nominated for the Best Costume Design category.
Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore
Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore also ran into each other on the red carpet. Moore—who’s nominated for Best Actress for the film, The Subtance—wore a custom Giorgio Armani Privé crystal-embroidered gown. Goldberg wore a gray strapless custom Christian Siriano gown, per People.
Halle Berry
Halle Berry wore a dazzling strapless Christian Siriano gown, which featured cut-out mirror embellishments and crystals, per Page Six.
Lisa
For Lisa’s first Oscars appearance, The White Lotus actress wore a custom Markgong gown, which featured a floor-length white button-up and tuxedo jacket.
