Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion is now available to rent after the rapper has been unable to sell the property, per the Robb Report
Drake is asking for $250,000 a month to rent the property, after dropping $75 million for the palatial estate in the spring of 2022. He later listed it for $88 million, and then re-listed it in May 2024 for the same price, to no avail.
Drake’s Tuscan-style home is located on a nearly 20-acre property above Benedict Canyon. It was built in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, with Drizzy later acquiring it from English pop singer Robbie Williams.
The 22,500-square-foot, three-level mansion boasts 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms with vistas of the canyon and city lights. Amenities include an elevator, wine cellar, game room, gym, 11-car garage, pool, full-size tennis court, and an indoor-outdoor kitchen.
The 6 God owns two more properties, including his 50,000-square-foot mega-mansion in Toronto’s Bridle Path neighborhood. He reportedly purchased the land in 2015 and knocked down the existing house to build his current home. A clip of the home went viral last summer when it flooded with brown water after a severe storm in Toronto. It was also pictured on the art for Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”
In 2023, Drake bought a $15 million luxury resort property in Brenham, Texas, between Austin and Houston (we are well acquainted with Aubrey’s Houston obsession—cue both “HYFR” and “Houstatlantavegas”).
