Air Jordan 6 ‘Cap and Gown’ Release Date

Jordan Brand is bringing its stealthy “Cap and Gown” theme to the Air Jordan 6 for an upcoming release.

Newly leaked images from @yyt_snkrs on Instagram show an early look at the unreleased “Cap and Gown” Jordan 6. In terms of color scheme, this version slightly breaks away from the past styles by adding a touch of silver to the piping on the uppers as well as on the Jumpman on the tongue, the heel’s pull tab, and midsole. It’s worth mentioning that this pair also features “Nike Air” branding on the heel, a detail typically reserved for original colorways of the sneaker.

Jordan Brand introduced the “Cap and Gown” theme in 2018 when it applied the all-black color scheme on the Jordan 11. Then, a year later, the brand dropped the “Cap and Gown” Jordan 13.

As of now, the “Cap and Gown” Air Jordan 6 is slated to drop on April 2 for $215. Check back soon for official updates.
