On Friday, Harry Styles stepped out in Rome in an unimpeachably simple autumnal look: a flowy trench coat and ruched Eel loafers from The Row, alongside a gray button-up, light-wash jeans, black beanie and scarf, Jacques Marie Mage shades, and a beautifully beat-up Mulberry holdall.
Notably, the 31-year-old pop star was largely outfit repeating from the day before, when he was spotted strolling the Italian capital with his beau Zoë Kravitz, whose classic-with-a-wink sensibility has gradually seeped into Styles’ wardrobe since the couple was first photographed together in August.

Indeed, on their outing last Thursday, Styles and Kravitz looked as though their wardrobes had melded together into a single envy-inducing treasure chest brimming with timeless, minimalist layers from The Row. (It’s worth noting that, though the two could easily pass for brand ambassadors, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s label boasts no official representatives.)
Styles, for his part, wore the same clean trench with a wooly navy sweater, pleated trousers, and a pair of broken-in Adidas Sambas. (The ever-reliable sneaker model continues to beat the “cooked” allegations.) Kravitz employed a similar formula, layering The Row’s Temur cocoon coat over a collarless cashmere jacket, and tying on a sweet knit bonnet that made her look like a modern-day Audrey Hepburn. Over their four-month courtship, the two have grown increasingly in sync in the unspoken way couples start to match not just energy but aesthetic.
